Can I choose any of the stops?
Yes, subject to the full-day time budget. The planner counts estimated time at each stop, travel between Shenzhen areas, meals, a buffer and independent Hong Kong travel. It stops you adding a choice that would exceed the day. The host confirms schedules, opening hours and the final route after payment.
Can I plan two or three days?
Yes. Choose one, two or three consecutive days in the planner, then select at least one stop for each day. Each day has its own visit and travel time budget. The fee is US$149 per person per day; overnight stays, transport, meals and tickets are separate. We confirm the dates and daily routes after payment.
What does US$149 per person per day include?
US$149 per person per day covers route planning and a private local host for each booked day in Shenzhen. Transport, meals, admission tickets, spa treatments, court hire, shopping and third-party experience charges are additional and agreed separately.
Are drone delivery, driverless rides and robot shows guaranteed?
No. These depend on operating areas, service hours, weather, show schedules, visitor registration and availability on the day. We will suggest a sensible alternative if a requested experience is unavailable.
Where can I see an English-language stage production in Shenzhen?
Shenzhen Poly Theater and Bay Opera of Shenzhen are two venues to check. Bay Opera has hosted English-language touring musicals. The current language, surtitles, performance time and ticket availability must be verified for your date; a matinee or early show is most likely to fit a Hong Kong day trip.
Are shows, clubs, courts, ski sessions and spa treatments included?
No. The US$149 per-person, per-day fee covers the host and route planning. Venue tickets, club entry, spa treatments, court hire, coaching, ski tickets and gear are separate. Shows, club sets and sports sessions depend on the date and may not fit the 9 a.m.–10 p.m. Hong Kong visitor-day window. We check availability and agree alternatives or a hosting-fee refund if the requested day cannot be hosted.
Does this include company office visits?
No. Public flagship stores, showrooms and the exterior of DJI Sky City are different from private company access. For a business-led company programme, see Futurebound Private.
Does the full day include travel from Hong Kong?
The day planner allows for a visitor day from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. when coming from Hong Kong. Hong Kong travel and border crossing are self-arranged and not included in the fee. The host meets you at an agreed point in Shenzhen.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel before host confirmation or at least 48 hours before the confirmed first Shenzhen start time for a full refund of the hosting fee for all booked days. For later guest cancellations, contact us; a refund is not guaranteed. If we cannot host the requested dates, choose other dates or a full refund. Separately agreed third-party costs may have their own terms.
