Give the team room to breathe.

A good outdoor team day does more than move a meeting onto a lawn. It gives colleagues time to play, eat and talk at a more relaxed pace. Shenzhen team-building organiser 欢乐时光 (Huanle Shiguang) presents one version of that idea: tents beside grassy open space, group games, farm-style food and a possible barbecue-style finish. Its promotional post describes half-day and full-day planning. The merchant listing identifies the organiser, but calls the pictured location only “深圳露营地” (Shenzhen campsite). Confirm the exact venue before making a group plan.

What could the day look like?

Start with a clear arrival and a short welcome. Choose one structured activity that suits the whole group, then leave room for people to talk or explore at their own pace. Lunch can be the main shared moment; an afternoon game or farm activity can be optional. If the group wants to stay for dinner, ask whether the booking includes the barbecue area, food, staffing and evening access.

The organiser’s images show grass games, tents and farm-style dishes. They do not establish that every activity is available at one site, on every date or in every package. Match the plan to your team’s ages, mobility, food needs and appetite for competitive activities.

What should you confirm before booking?

  • The campsite: Request its Chinese name, full address, recent on-site photographs and the exact area reserved for your group. Ask whether 欢乐时光 operates the site or books a separate venue.
  • The written quote: Check site access, activity host, equipment, meals, drinks, transport, taxes, overtime and cancellation terms. The post’s “150+” wording is promotional; it is not a verified all-in price.
  • Getting there: Confirm pickup, vehicle capacity, journey time and the return arrangement for your actual date. The address on the organiser’s merchant listing is not proof of the campsite’s location.
  • Rain and accessibility: Ask what sheltered space is reserved, which activities can move indoors, and what entrances, toilets and quieter alternatives are available.

A short video walk-through of the exact group area can answer more than a collage. Ask to see the setting and setup you would pay for.

Make it a Shenzhen day

Leave enough time for the shared meal and an unhurried journey home. For a group arriving from Hong Kong, allow for each traveller’s entry requirements and a realistic return crossing. Our first Shenzhen day guide helps you choose one main activity without filling every hour.

For a smaller privately hosted party of up to eight, tell Shenzhen Unfolded about your date and interests. We can help shape the wider city day. Campsite bookings and extra activities would require separate confirmation.

This feature draws on 欢乐时光’s promotional screenshots supplied to Shenzhen Unfolded and reviewed on 27 October 2026. It is not a first-hand venue review. Verify the campsite, availability and current terms before booking.
